Discover Your Calling. Develop Your Gifts. Change the World.
At Cuyahoga Valley Church, we believe that the next generation of ministry leaders is sitting in our churches and colleges right now-men and women who sense God's call and are ready to take their next step in following Him into intentional Kingdom impact. That's why we've created a two-year leadership development pathway designed to equip, empower, and send emerging leaders into gospel-centered ministry.

    Year 1: The Internship
The CVC Ministry Internship is a year of discovery and growth. You'll gain real-world ministry experience by serving in multiple departments-Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Groups, Counseling, Worship, and more-while learning directly from pastors and leaders who have decades of experience. You'll develop spiritual disciplines, grow as a leader, and begin to discern where God is calling you to serve. And as part of our partnership with Emmaus Seminary, you'll receive tuition-free theological training that integrates faith and practice in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

    Year 2: The Residency
Interns who demonstrate exceptional growth and calling may be invited into the second year-The CVC Ministry Residency. This year is all about focus. You'll embed deeply within one primary area of ministry, take on greater leadership responsibility, and receive advanced coaching to prepare you for life-long ministry.Whether your future includes serving on one of CVC's campus launch teams, planting a church, or stepping into a full-time ministry role elsewhere, the Residency is designed to send you out ready to lead with conviction and humility.

    Why CVC?

    • Learn from a team of pastors and ministry leaders who have decades of real-world experience.
    • Receive a tuition-free seminary education through our partnership with Emmaus Seminary.
    • Experience life in a thriving, multiplying, multi-campus church.
    • Experience life in one of the most exciting and growing cities in the Midwest.

If you're passionate about Jesus, hungry to grow, and ready to give a year or two to discover God's call on your life, we'd love to talk with you.
