Job description

Keeley Construction is looking for a Procurement Invoice Specialist to join our Heavy Industries Team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage purchase orders, change orders, material requests, andย subcontractsย with accuracy and efficiency.ย 
  • Lead RFQs (Request for Quotation) and competitive bid processes to ensure best-value sourcing.ย 
  • Partner with operations, and project management teams to forecast material needs and ensureย timelyย delivery.ย 
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.ย 
  • Support resolution of supplier issues, including discrepancies, quality concerns, or delivery delays.ย 
  • Contribute to spend analysis and category management initiatives.ย 
  • Driveย process improvements to streamline procurement workflows.ย 
  • Develop andย maintainย strong relationships with vendors and subcontractorsย andย assistย with vendor grading and subcontractorย prequalification.ย 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldย orย 2-4 years of equivalent experience.ย 
  • 2-4 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in heavy industry,ย constructionย or manufacturing.ย 
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (CMiC, SAP, Procore, or similar).ย 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.ย 
  • Strong analytical andย communicationย skills.ย 
  • Intermediate negotiationย and vendor management abilities.ย
