Work Requirements (The Bare Essentials)

To be successful in this partnership, you must meet the following criteria:

• Industry Veteran: Must have proven experience in both roofing sales and project management, or be proficient in Solar. Choose which path works best for you!
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and maneuver a ladder over your head and safely climb to perform inspections.
• The 15-Hour Knock Rule: Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours of door-knocking/canvassing per week to supplement company leads.
• Tools of the Trade: You must own a reliable smartphone for communication and project tracking.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for statewide travel are non-negotiable.

• Consult & Educate: Be the expert guide for homeowners, navigating them through insurance claims and premium retail roofing options.
• Inspect & Estimate: Scale heights (literally) to perform on-site damage assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
• Close the Deal: Manage the contract process from the first handshake to the final nail. Manage your project from start to finish, giving you more control over your job and your paycheck.
• Prospect solar leads, educate homeowners, get contracts signed, and move on to the next job! Enjoy the best of both worlds and make commissions on both!
