Job Title: Lead Generation Manager - Master-Level Internship

Level: Master's Level Internship

Department: Business Development & Strategy

Duration: 520 Hours (approximately 3 months)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto)

Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a passion for driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our business team to identify new opportunities, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that expand our market presence and drive revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute data-driven lead-generation strategies to support the overall business objectives and fuel the outreach pipeline.
    • Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring consistent application of criteria and providing guidance to junior team members, including interns.
    • Collaborate closely with the investor relations team to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), refine lead scoring models, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of interns, delegating tasks effectively, fostering their professional development in lead generation best practices, and ensuring their contributions align with the overall strategy.
    • Work with the Investor Relations team to align on messaging and ensure consistent communication across all external touchpoints. Additionally, provide support in identifying and qualifying potential investor leads.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve lead generation targets.

    About You:

    • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
    • Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking.
    • Strong attention to detail and while delivering insights to drive and informed decision-making
    • Ability to manage and mentor a team while ensuring operational excellence.
    • Experience in lead generation, business development, data analysis (SQL, Excel), or data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
    • Proficiency with lead generation tools (e.g. Crunchbase, Linkedin, Pitchbook etc) is a bonus.
