An Internship PRN Clinic RN is a registered nurse who is working in a clinic setting on a 'per diem' (PRN) basis, meaning they fill shifts as needed rather than having a fixed schedule. The 'Internship' aspect indicates that the RN is in a training or orientation period, gaining hands-on experience under supervision. This role allows nurses to develop their clinical skills in outpatient care while maintaining flexibility in their work hours.
