An International company, located in Plano, TX, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an 8+ month contract role.
Job Description:
Summary:
Provide end-to-end interview coordination and candidate logistics support to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. This role will also leverage scheduling automation tools and reporting/metrics to manage workload, monitor interview volume, identify trends, and provide operational insights to support recruiting efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
o Schedule and manage the interview process, including sending confirmations and coordinating interview timing with hiring managers and interviewers across multiple time zones as needed.
o Coordinate and confirm phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; distribute interview schedules, interviewer forms, and candidate resumes to the hiring team.
o Use automated scheduling tools and calendar systems to streamline interview coordination, reduce manual work, and improve candidate and interviewer experience.
o Communicate interview details to candidates, including logistics, expectations, required materials, travel information, and day-of instructions.
o Provide day-of-interview candidate care: arrange travel logistics when applicable, welcome candidates, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and ensure interviewers are prepared and available.
o Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, clear communication, and a positive brand candidate experience.
o Provide onsite and virtual interview coordination and support for candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
o Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate data to keep records accurate, complete, and up to date.
o Track interview volume, scheduling turnaround time, cancellations, reschedules, and other operational metrics to explain workload trends, volume fluctuations, drivers of change, and opportunities to improve recruiting workflows.
Must have skills and experience:
o Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting activity, ideally supporting approximately 20?25 technical roles or similar volume.
o Hands-on experience with Phenom or a similar CRM/ATS; experience with Calendly or similar automated scheduling tools is required.
o Strong ability to work with data, build basic reporting, and explain recruiting volume trends, changes in workload, and operational drivers.
o Comfortable supporting start-up or fast-paced organizations; able to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage shifting priorities.
o Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and solutions-oriented mindset.
o Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
What You Bring:
o Bachelor"s degree (Nice to have, would be for an ideal candidate)
o At least 1 year or more of experience in recruitment coordination, HR internships are included

o Experience with event coordination and/or college recruiting, like coordinate recruitment events like job fairs and campus
