We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Intern/Volunteer to support our leadership team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and project coordination support to ensure smooth operations within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace to schedule meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
  • Provide executive administrative support including typing, proofreading, transcription, and data entry to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for organizational events, meetings, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain organized filing systems digitally; perform office management tasks such as supply inventory and document management using Office applications like Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
