Payment rates and work hours may vary depending on the employer and the nature of the internship.

How do hourly internships typically structure mentorship and feedback for interns?

Hourly internships usually provide mentorship through assigned supervisors or team leads who guide interns on daily tasks and overall project goals. Regular check-ins, either weekly or bi-weekly, are common to discuss progress and provide constructive feedback. Interns are encouraged to ask questions and participate in team meetings, which fosters a supportive learning environment. This structure helps interns gain hands-on experience while building professional relationships within the organization.
