The Oracle Health Solution Management Administrator will be the central project and operational leader responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of a specific solution within a large-scale Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR program. You will be responsible for logistical and programmatic support to the entire solution team, serving as the primary facilitator between all stakeholders-from business owners and requirements teams to technical pillars and change management. Your primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of your assigned solution by managing scope, tracking progress, and coordinating all cross-functional activities. operational teams, IT, vendors, and Oracle Health resources.

As the Oracle Health Solution Management Administrator, you will:

  • Provide operational leadership to the solution team managing ticket escalations, monitoring vendor activities and ensuring seamless collaboration across the program

  • Facilitate design reviews and provide guidance on optimization and coordinate testing teams

  • Drive the delivery of the solution by managing, tracking, and providing logistical support to the entire solution team

  • Coordinate and monitor all vendor (e.g., Oracle Health) activities to support scope and schedule management for the solution

  • Drive all cross-pillar activities, including those with training, change management, and interface teams

  • Facilitate collaboration between a wide array of stakeholders, including business councils, technical teams, requirements teams, and local site representatives

  • Facilitate solution design reviews, providing guidance and recommendations for optimization.

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to Informaticists, Solution Experts, and Solution Advisors to help translate functional requirements and advance solution goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a delivery lead role within a large-scale healthcare IT environment

  • An expert-level understanding of the Oracle Health (Cerner) platform and the implementation lifecycle is required to effectively coordinate solution activities.

  • Mastery of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). PMP certification is required. Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination is essential.

  • Communication: Superior facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate and influence teams without direct authority

  • Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran's Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)

  • Must be a United States Citizen

  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

This role is on a fixed-term consultancy basis, subject to the terms and duration outlined in the consultancy agreement. The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
