We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM implementations integrations and support. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience supporting enterprise wide Oracle HCM environments including Core HR Recruiting Compensation Benefits Learning Talent Management Payroll and workforce integrations.
The role requires experience working with legacy healthcare and workforce scheduling applications such as Oracle Health Clairvia Scheduling Qgenda Google Calendar and Kronos along with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and post go live support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and stabilization activities across enterprise environments
Work on Oracle HCM modules including Core HR Recruiting Compensation Benefits Learning Talent and Payroll
Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third party systems including Kronos Clairvia Scheduling Qgenda and Google Calendar
Manage and support two way integrations for workforce scheduling absence management and time tracking systems
Design develop and troubleshoot HCM integrations using HDL HSDL REST APIs SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud OIC
Collaborate with business users HR teams payroll teams and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Support post production issues data validation reconciliation and interface monitoring activities
Work closely with functional and technical teams during go live hypercare and enhancement phases
Perform data migration validation and reconciliation activities for HCM applications
Provide support for absence management time tracking and payroll related integration flows
Create technical and functional documentation deployment guides and support procedures
Ensure security compliance and data integrity across HCM integrations and applications
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands on experience with Core HR Recruiting Compensation Benefits Learning Talent and Payroll modules
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC HDL HSDL REST APIs and SOAP APIs
Knowledge of Kronos integrations and workforce management systems
Experience integrating Oracle HCM with scheduling applications such as Oracle Health Clairvia Scheduling Qgenda and Google Calendar
Strong understanding of HCM data models workflows and security concepts
Experience troubleshooting production support and integration issues
Good understanding of data migration reconciliation and validation processes
Experience with SQL reporting and data extraction activities
Preferred Skills
Healthcare domain experience preferred
Experience supporting enterprise wide HCM go live activities
Knowledge of workforce scheduling absence and payroll integration processes
Exposure to Oracle SCM and Financials integrations is an advantage
