Job Summary & Responsibilities

The ERP Functional Analystfor"FieldServices"is responsible forsupporting, enhancing, andoptimizingOracle ERP solutions that enable Field Service operations across the enterprise. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure system stability, data accuracy, reporting visibility, and continuous improvement of service-related processes.

The position supportsproduction incidents, enhancement initiatives, andanalytics/reporting needs, while working extensively withlarge volumes of ERP data.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Ownership

  • Act as functional SME for FieldService-relatedbusiness processes within Oracle ERP

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system designs

  • Configure, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and fixes

Operational Support

  • Provideproduction support, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution

  • Support business users with change requests, enhancements, and process improvements

  • Participate in release planning and regression testing

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Work withlarge and complex data setswithin Oracle ERP

  • Support business stakeholders in developing,validating, and enhancing:

  • Operational reports

  • Performance dashboards

  • Service KPIs

  • Partner with technical teams tovalidatedata using SQL/PL/SQL whererequired

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Create functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting teams

  • Ensure data integrity and process compliance across integrated modules

Qualifications

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:

$128,000.00 - $192,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
