Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Technical Developer (anywhere in US) with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Systems expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development, PL/SQL, Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), integrations, and RICEW components, along with the ability to work directly with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, extend, and maintain solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Revenue processes.
  • Develop technical designs and specifications based on functional and business requirements.
  • Develop and support PL/SQL APIs, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Concurrent Programs, Alerts, interfaces, and other RICEW components.
  • Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications using Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), APIs, open interfaces, and related technologies.
  • Support Oracle EBS integration with RevPro Revenue Management or similar revenue recognition systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, business-critical application and integration issues, including performance tuning and optimization.
  • Support Revenue Systems processes, including monthly pre-close and close activities and revenue report tie-outs.
  • Participate in application upgrades, patches, regression testing, use-case testing, and production deployments.
  • Design and document enhancements and customizations, including BRDs, technical specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation.
  • Support UAT and work directly with business users to resolve incidents, process issues, and application problems.
  • Participate in offshore Revenue Systems support activities and other projects related to Oracle EBS and Revenue Systems.


RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS development experience, preferably in a multi-org environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and PL/SQL development.
  • Order-to-Cash experience is required.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) is required.
  • Extensive experience developing Oracle Apps RICEW components.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • PL/SQL and SQL
    • Oracle Forms and Reports
    • XML/BI Publisher
    • Workflow Builder
    • SQL*Loader
    • Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces
    • Functional / Module Experience

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain applications, with particular emphasis on Order-to-Revenue modules, including:

Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Install Base, Service Contracts, Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Experience integrating Oracle EBS with RevPro Revenue Management is highly desirable.
