Job description

The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist I contributes to the design and execution of OD initiatives by providing analytical insights, supporting diagnostics, and independently managing components of enterprise projects. This role represents progression from support to contribution, with increasing responsibility in problem-solving, stakeholder interaction, and influence.


  • Support data collection efforts (surveys, focus groups, assessments)
  • Compile and organize data into summary reports and dashboards
  • Assist in preparing insights for OD Practitioners and HRBPs
  • Support OD projects and initiatives (data gathering, benchmarking, formatting)
  • Support development program logistics (toolkits, materials, scheduling)
  • Assist in maintaining competency frameworks and career path documentation
  • Track participation and completion of development initiatives
  • Support engagement survey administration
  • Assist in compiling survey results and preparing reports
  • Help coordinate culture and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics for OD initiatives (meetings, materials, timelines)
  • Support HRBPs with materials and follow-ups related to OD initiatives
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to human behavior, organizational systems, business operations or analytics (e.g. Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Data Analytics, or similar)
  • A minimum of one (1) year working on surveys or research projects, basic data analysis, internships in HR, Consulting or Business Operations
  • Foundational understanding of HR/OD concepts
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Communication skills including clear, effective verbal and written responses
  • Deadline management and coordination

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse requiring hand and wrist manipulation, while viewing computer screens.
