Job description


Our Sr. Product Directors obsess over their customers and pride themselves on developing features their customers love. They listen to customers, their teams, stakeholders, SMEs across the empire while always considering the overall strategy of Caesars when they are creating, prioritizing, and sometimes negotiating items their team's backlogs and roadmaps. Sr. Product Directors are natural leaders who inspire and deliver.
We're seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Sr. Product Director to lead our Payments and Fraud capabilities. You will own all of the journeys of our payment and fraud workstreams-from Cashier UI/UX, Customer Intelligence Platform, Routing and Orchestration, Finance, and Risk Engine -while driving major improvements in platform reliability, card acceptance, fraud monitoring, and cost reduction. You have the strategy and leadership to thrive in complex environments, understand the nuances of payments and fraud, and can build scalable systems that support growth, and compliance to create fast and easy onboarding experiences which delight our customers while maintaining our operational excellence.
This position sits at the intersection of Growth, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Payments, Marketing/Martech, Engineering, Data Science, UX Research, and Customer Operations. You'll define the product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our Payments and Risk Platforms. Your ownership, vision, and ability to deliver will directly impact several KPIs such as:
    • Payment transactions including deposit and withdrawals
    • Product Fraud and risk mitigation
    • Transaction integrity and intelligence
    • Treasury, settlements and reconciliation
    • Operational dashboards, data and reporting
  • Monitor, adjust and improve payment success rates, reduce friction, and optimize payment routing.
  • Cultivate strategic alignment across Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable operations.
  • Communicate clear, data backed recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership
  • Build, monitor and communicate results of real-time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards, leading indicators, anomaly detection, alerting)
  • Champion a customer first, research driven culture while balancing risk/fraud and regulatory constraints
  • Build a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, innovation and career growth while holding Product Managers accountable and striving for excellence

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in years developing successful digital products, including 5+ years managing Product Managers
  • Expertise in designing, launching and optimizing large-scale Payment and Fraud platforms in highly regulated (AML) digital industries (e.g., online gaming, fintech, banking, payments, identity)
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, while also training direct reports on best practices
  • Ability to write descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
  • Track record of leading and delivering large-scale products from conception through to completion
  • Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities
  • Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira
  • Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development
  • Executive level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience

  • Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms
  • Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks)

The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $212,750.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses . This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.
