Job description

Production Testing Field Assistant

We are currently seeking team members for full time Production Testing Field Assistants in our North Dakota division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout North Dakota (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties. We offer competitive industry wages, an excellent benefit program and 401k matching program.

The roles and expectations of employment are as follows:

Major Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Capable of aiding the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job
  • Assist in maintaining and servicing of all well testing equipment
  • Perform and record accurate readings on gauges and monitors
  • Site maintenance at the direction of Field Supervisors
  • Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and managers
  • Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
  • Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
  • Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from on-site Supervisor
