Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 0–1 year of experience to support engineering, manufacturing, and equipment-related activities within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing support, process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, documentation, and engineering projects while working in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing and engineering operations for production equipment and processes.
  • Assist with equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and equipment records.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance teams to resolve engineering issues.
  • Assist with equipment qualifications, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment or process-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company quality standards.
  • Participate in engineering projects and cross-functional team activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Follow company policies and support operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 0–1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or manufacturing industry (internships or academic projects are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings and mechanical principles.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GDP, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
