WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Promote and comply with all safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Support electrical and software design as needed.
  • Configure interference zones, I/O, and vision systems.
  • Perform robot setup including mastering, TCP, payload, and offline programs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug PLCs in coordination with the Controls Engineer.
  • Optimize cycle times and improve throughput.
  • Work with Fanuc robots (required); experience with ABB, KUKA, Kawasaki, and Nachi is an asset.
  • Apply experience in material handling, spot welding, MIG welding, and sealing/dispensing.
  • Utilize DCS, Safe Op, and Safe Move functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

  • 2+ years of experience as a Robotics Engineer.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering or programming field required.
  • Strong knowledge of robotic systems integration.
  • Preferred knowledge of PLC controls systems.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive commissioning experience.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites across North America.
  • Valid passport and drivers license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US or qualify for a TN visa. We are unable to provide sponsorship outside the TN process.
