We have a great team of caring individuals who get to see daily the impact their work has on not only their client's lives but the lives of their client's family as well. We are continuing to grow and are looking forward to adding to our team! If you are seeking a company with longevity, stability and opportunities for growth, we welcome you to apply.
Behavior Technicians will be trained and certified to become Registered Behavior Technicians to teach children ages 2-22 (Age range depends on the treatment program you join. If you have a preference for working with a specific age-range, that will be explored during the interview process). Some of the skills you'll be teaching the children pertain to improving their ability to communicate with others, acquiring developmentally appropriate attending, academic, and social and leisure skills. This can involve teaching young children diagnosed with autism, how to say their 1st words, how to play with their friends, and many other life-changing skills. This could also include preparing a child to transition back to school, their first job or college.
