The Sales Manager -Measurement/Logging While Drilling (M/LWD) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic customer relationships across assigned US Land territories. This role leads sales strategy and execution for, M/LWD service offerings while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.

The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and support long-term growth initiatives aligned with Nabors Drilling Solutions' strategic objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
OR


    Minimum 6+ years of directional drilling, WBP, or M/LWD sales experience
    Knowledge of directional drilling, Wellbore Placement, and M/LWD technologies
    Experience within US Land Oil & Gas market
    Proven track record in sales and business development
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Experience selling Wellbore Placement solutions
    Experience with M/LWD technologies
    Experience with downhole technology solutions
    Strong commercial negotiation experience
    Experience working with integrated drilling solutions
    Established industry relationships within US Land market

    Support commercial strategy including pricing, contract negotiations, and bid development
    Track sales activity, customer engagement, and pipeline opportunities within Salesforce
    Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to leadership
    Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs
    Represent Nabors at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
    Support cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction


Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
    Develop new customers and expand current accounts 
    Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and service offerings 
    Conduct customer visits and technical sales presentations 
    Support contract negotiations aligned with company policy 
    Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce 
    Provide regular activity reports and sales updates to leadership 
    Work closely with operations to ensure successful project execution 
    Identify opportunities for bundled or integrated Nabors technology solutions
