Job description

Your Contribution:
  • Support Quality Manager on data analysis for Logistics Errors and Customer complaints.
  • Assist document control coordinator in revising and registering documents within Lotus Notes and the MAHLE Intranet.
  • Update and revise work instructions and other documentation.
  • Create training videos to support the implementation of the Learning Management System.
  • Ensure all employees have updated records in the LMS.
  • Enable functionality of LMS for new hires in Olive Branch.
  • Other activities as assigned by departmental management.

Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)
  • Basic mathematical abilities
  • Presentation skills.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, MS Teams and email is desirable.
  • Hands on SAP is desirable.
  • Hands on Power BI is desirable.
