Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver Workday (GA@WORK) training programs for HR staff, recruiters, and managers.
  • Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship programs, interviewing & hiring best practices, and Workday recruiting processes.
  • Maintain and update training materials, guides, and exams to reflect policy/system changes and learner feedback.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions.
  • Research and apply best practices in HRIS training and performance management programs.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and Workday adoption through data reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course enrollment, reporting, and user support.
  • Respond to training-related inquiries and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience delivering training across multiple formats (online, virtual, LMS, multimedia).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex HRIS concepts clearly.
  • Program management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or Talent Management modules.
  • HRIS training and instructional design background preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of HR experience; OR
  • One (1) year experience at HR Spec 2 (HRP021) level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated Workday training or system administration experience.
