Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

 

HR Apprentice with German

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting HR Operations team with daily operational routines and administrative tasks: benefits administration, HR system updates, employee development, training courses.
  • Providing support to the HR teams across the EMEA Region with the focus on Germany.
  • Preparing the process documentation based on the gained knowledge and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Participating in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.

Our requirements:

  • Currently a student pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Willingness and high motivation to develop in HR.
  • A good communicator in English, who thrives on working in a global team environment.
  • German language skills (min. B1 level).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
