Work You'll Do
As a Delivery Senior Consultant, Configuration and Integration Solutions on the team, you will:
  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc
  • Perform independent code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Initiate, lead, and deliver Salesforce projects, including maintaining a role in developing and designing architecture
  • Possess the ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects that may be reported because of faults in the production system
  • Participate in an Agile environment; daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, and identify and resolve gaps in functional user stories and business requirements
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce project development experience
  • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and knowledge)
  • Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design Systems
  • Experience in UI technologies like JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc
  • Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and Deployment tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE
  • Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On
  • Experience with code reviews, leading teams, or projects
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
Preferred:
  • Certifications in the following areas - Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, OmniStudio, AgentForce Specialist
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Project Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud
  • Experience implementing advanced Salesforce security models in complex, multi-role organizations
  • Experience building secure public-facing Experience Cloud portals
  • Experience designing scalable, high-volume, or asynchronous integration architecture
  • Experience in Government and Public Sector
