Job description

Vaco is partnering with a growing organization located in Scottdale to find a great Staff Accountant to join their team. This position is well-suited for an individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-moving environment—someone who takes initiative, embraces hands-on work, and plays an active role in developing and refining processes as the organization scales. Responsibilities include: Oversee daily accounting operations, including bank transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.

Contribute to month-end close activities by preparing journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and completing reconciliations. Produce and reconcile client billing files using Excel data extracts, ensuring precise and timely invoice distribution. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (recent grads encouraged to apply!) 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience preferred; Internship experience is acceptable.
