What You'll Do
Join Intel's Sales and Marketing Rotation Program, a two-year full-time rotational experience designed to build future sales, marketing and technical sales talent.
  • Complete three 8-month rotations across sales, marketing, business operations, and related roles.
  • Build knowledge of Intel products, technologies, business processes, marketing, sales channels, and customers.
  • Support sales strategies, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and business operations initiatives.
  • Deliver quarterly objectives and key results while growing leadership, communication, analytical, and customer skills.

You will gain mentoring, cohort support, customized learning, skill-building opportunities, and exposure to sales and marketing group leaders.

Qualifications:
Must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience may be obtained through schoolwork, research, relevant work, internships, extracurricular activities, or leadership experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar degree with technology-related coursework.
  • Expected degree by August 2027.
  • 6+ months of relevant industry experience outside of coursework in sales, communications/public relations, marketing, business, and/or technology or 6+ months of leadership experience.
  • Experience in at least two preferred qualification areas.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • Experience with technology products, platforms, or services.
  • Experience in computer systems, networking, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure.
  • 1 year of strong leadership experience on teams, such as teaching assistant roles, associations, clubs, athletics, or leadership programs.
  • 6 months of sales or marketing experience through school, internship, or extracurricular activities.
  • Volunteer work demonstrating project-based activities and measurable outcomes.
  • Master's Degree

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $83,560.00-117,960.00 USD
