Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Each Intern will:

  • Learn about insurance, the industry workflow, and various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship.

  • Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.

  • Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment.

  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily.

  • Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections.

  • Receive formal and informal feedback throughout the program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Rising College Senior

  • Working towards the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and/or Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, other business, analytical, computer science, or data related field, any relevant degree, or advanced degree at an accredited college or university.

  • Demonstrated strong academic performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred interest in pursuing insurance services as a career.

  • Previous work experience or internship.
