Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation:
$100,000-$130,000/yr*
*listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate any changes and development regarding benefits and provisions to employees
  • Organize and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and team members
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding for incoming and outgoing employees
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources related files including new hire paperwork, job changes, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes
  • Remain on the pulse of company culture to foster workplace relationships and support retention efforts of current employees
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programs
  • Aid with the continuous audits of all Human Resources processes, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws
  • Support the annual employee performance evaluation process and provide feedback and development for current procedures
  • Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines while ensuring all teams are in compliance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in a role related to Human Resources; management experience is a plus
  • Effective Human Resources administration, performance management savvy and people management skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts employment laws, Human Resources laws and regulations, and laws associated with unions highly preferred
  • An independent and motivated self-starter
