Interns typically assist with tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, employee cost analysis, and HR-related financial reporting. This role helps interns understand how accounting principles are applied to human resources, supporting business decisions regarding hiring, compensation, and workforce planning. The internship provides valuable exposure to both HR and accounting functions, preparing individuals for future roles in either field.
