Body Fit Training (BFT) is a science-based group strength and conditioning system designed to deliver measurable results for everyday athletes. Our programming targets every energy system and movement pattern to build strength, improve conditioning, and enhance overall performance. 
At BFT, coaching is not just about running workouts—it’s about leading, motivating, and building a high-performance community.
Position Overview
As a BFT Performance Coach, you will lead high-energy group training sessions, deliver world-class coaching, and create an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and motivated.
You are part coach, part educator, and part leader—responsible for both client results and studio culture.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Lead and coach structured group strength & conditioning sessions following BFT programming 
  •  Deliver high-energy, engaging coaching to groups of up to 30+ members 
  •  Teach and correct proper movement, technique, and exercise progressions
  •  Provide modifications to ensure safe and effective training for all fitness levels 
  •  Motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with members 
  •  Drive member engagement, attendance, and retention through exceptional coaching 
  •  Support studio growth through community building and member experience
  •  Attend team meetings, training, and ongoing education sessions

Required:

  •  Experience coaching group fitness, strength & conditioning, or athletic performance 
  •  Background in sports, athletics, or performance training 
  •  CSCS or equivalent certification
