Your future role
  • Use your influence to maintain and develop the markets in your territory
  • Perform technical presentation to distributors, retailers, and growers
  • Promote our products and our technologies
  • Participate in the planning and establishment of annual sales forecasts
  • Conduct and follow-up field trials
  • Travel frequently within the designated sales territory
  • Manage growth of your clientele and your market segments

Required skills
  • At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the horticultural industry
  • Good knowledge of the horticulture/garden center markets
  • Experience collaborating with distributors
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Passion for the plant industry
  • Solid business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented
  • Autonomy
  • Ability to cover a vast territory in West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina
