Join a fast-growing, family-owned company where your career can grow with us. We are looking for a motivated Production Print Operator with leadership potential to help support our expanding operations. 


Position Overview:


Digital inkjet printing operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment.


 Essential Job Functions:

  • Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment to meet specific production requirements.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements, as necessary.
  • Perform Changeovers from product to product as needed.
  • Inspect final products to ensure print quality and alignment with customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with safety and cleanliness standards.


 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in digital printing, machine operation, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital printing processes and machine mechanics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.


 Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when necessary to meet production demands.


 Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
