What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of the full design journey—from early concepts to final execution—while collaborating with a talented, mission-driven team.

  • Lead healthcare design projects including programming, space planning, and specifications
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions
  • Create conceptual designs, block plans, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Conduct product research and ensure design accuracy and compliance
  • Present ideas in client meetings, RFPs, and project interviews
  • Collaborate across teams to elevate healthcare expertise and outcomes
  • Mentor and support the growth of other designers
  • Help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in workflows
