About Us:

Rent the Runway (RTR)  is transforming the way we get dressed by pioneering the world's first Closet in the Cloud. Founded in 2009, RTR has disrupted the $2.4 trillion fashion industry by inspiring women with a more joyful, sustainable and financially-savvy way to feel their best every day. As the ultimate destination for circular fashion, the brand now offers infinite points of access to its shared closet via a fully customizable subscription to fashion, one-time rental or ownership. RTR offers designer apparel and accessories from hundreds of brand partners and has built in-house proprietary technology and a one-of-a-kind reverse logistics operation. RTR has been named to CNBC's "Disruptor 50" five times in ten years, and has been placed on Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list multiple times.

  • Manage supplier relationships by tracking delivery performance and quality metrics, while addressing quality issues and negotiating terms for optimal pricing and service
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities through contract review, price benchmarking, and process improvements in partnership with the Senior Manager, Procurement & Planning
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across both warehouses to align supplies with business needs
  • Own essential reporting for weekly business reviews, focusing on procurement KPIs and days-on-hand metrics

About You:

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets) and ability to work comfortably with data and numbers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and meeting competing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with fashion retail, e-commerce, or rental business models
  • Internship or 1-2 years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience
  • Knowledge of inventory planning concepts (ABC analysis, reorder points, safety stock)

Benefits:
