Job description

Job Description – Marketing Intern

Marketing Internship
Spherix Global Insights is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience contributing to real-world B2B marketing initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical insights space.
The intern will work across a variety of projects, including digital campaign development, content creation, graphic design, and marketing operations. This position is ideal for a student who is both creatively driven and analytically curious, with an interest in building foundational skills in marketing, design, and data-driven strategy.
The position is based in Exton, PA and reports to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Creative + Campaign Work
  • Design graphics, layouts, and digital assets using Canva
  • Assist in creating marketing campaign materials across email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Support the development of collateral materials for Spherix’s reports and advisory service franchises
  • Support event and conference prep, including materials, visuals, and logistics coordination
  • Contribute to copywriting, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials including press releases, blog posts, and social media content
  • Research pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activity, and life sciences industry news to inform campaign content
Marketing Operations
  • Help clean, organize, and maintain marketing contact data in HubSpot (we’ll train you!)
  • Sort and categorize contact lists to support outreach and engagement
  • Assist in tracking basic campaign metrics and compiling performance summaries for internal review
  • Collaborate with Franchise Insights teams to understand therapeutic area context and support campaign development
Qualifications
  • Current sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Canva experience strongly preferred
  • Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and error-free content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn) and digital content principles
  • Curiosity about marketing tech platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Adobe Premiere Pro is a bonus
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2B marketing industries preferred
