Global Mobility Coordinator San Antonio, TX Type: Contract Compensation: $22.00 - $23.50 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 System One is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to join our team for a contract opportunity in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities • Support the safe and seamless movement of company employees domestically and internationally, focusing on administrative and customer service functions of employee relocation and mobility. • Manage system access requests within Concur, troubleshoot access issues, and administer delegate access to ensure proper permissions. • Execute "Termed Employee" protocols, including final expense reconciliation. • Monitor and resolve Concur error reports within the HCM system to maintain data integrity. • Support international and domestic relocations by coordinating mobility cases, ensuring compliance with visas and immunization requirements, and processing relocation documentation. • Act as liaison for external vendors to ensure service standards are met for immigration and tax support. • Handle travel bookings and ticketing for assignments. • Schedule and conduct orientations for travelers, maintain detailed logs, and ensure departmental alignment. • Resolve employee inquiries related to mobility and expenses. • Conduct training for SAP Concur users and maintain mobility data within SharePoint and other systems. • Oversee timely invoice processing and payments for mobility vendors. Requirements • 2-3 years of relevant global coordination or international mobility experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conveying guidance to customers and teammates. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
