Description:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (AI) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that drive business value while ensuring responsible AI practices.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into technical product requirements and success metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, UX, and Operations to deliver AI-enabled products.
  • Drive AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation initiatives.
  • Define AI evaluation frameworks, KPIs, A/B testing, and product performance metrics.
  • Prioritize product features using customer feedback, analytics, and business goals.
  • Promote responsible AI practices including security, governance, fairness, and transparency.
