We Miracle Software Systems is looking for the AI Product Manager, Customer Experience- W2

Role: AI Product Manager
Location: Dearborn, Michigan
Duration: 12+Months
 
Key Responsibilities
Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI models, agents, and intelligence
capabilities.
Determine whether business problems require an AI agent, RAG solution, machine learning model,
or another technical approach.
Partner closely with AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams.
Define evaluation frameworks for model accuracy, response quality, reliability, relevance, safety, and
business impact.
Review AI-generated responses and identify opportunities to improve model performance and user
outcomes.
Translate business and customer requirements into technical AI product requirements.
Make informed product and technical decisions in areas where requirements and solutions are not
fully defined.
Own execution planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, risks, and dependencies.
Independently identify opportunities and drive initiatives without waiting for assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a technical product manager, AI product manager, machine learning product manager,
or similar role.
Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, model
evaluation, and machine learning concepts.
Experience defining success metrics for AI models and AI-enabled products.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automotive industry or automotive workflow experience is preferred.
Strong product management and project execution capabilities.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving AI environment.
