Brilliant Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a REMOTE Design & Presentations Intern, 15 hours a week to help support the agency's growing, award-winning team beginning June 1 and ending December 18.

We give our team the resources they need to get their work done without having to sit in a cubicle or stuffy office. From costume contests to virtual happy hours and Slack GIFs, we prioritize connecting with each other and creating a sense of community.

We specialize in PR, Influencer, and Social Media services for consumer lifestyle brands across a variety of categories including baby/maternity, toys/games, food/beverage, and CPG.

Job Description:
We have two internship sessions - Spring/Summer (January - May/August) and Fall/Winter (June or August - December) - and many interns end up staying for multiple sessions. Active interns get first pick for the following semester internship spots!
This isn't an internship to organize files or provide admin support. Your work will provide a meaningful contribution to Brilliant as an agency and to its clients. You will receive true agency experience with opportunities to collaborate with different departments and exposure to agency life should that be a long-term career path you want to explore. With that, it is critical that interns can meet deadlines, respond to messages in a timely manner, and be proactive in communicating with their team.
Potential Responsibilities Include:
Presentation & Slide Design:
  • Translate team ideas, outlines, and data into clean, visually compelling slides
  • Build and update presentations using Brilliant templates in Canva
  • Help improve slide structure, flow, and clarity for internal and client decks
  • Turn messy content into polished, easy-to-understand visuals

Graphic Design Support:
  • Create simple graphics for internal and client needs (social mockups, one-pagers, etc.)

Creative Collaboration:
  • Work with account teams to bring ideas to life visually
  • Share ideas for improving templates and design systems

Internship Structure:
  • Summer/Fall Session (2026): starting June 1 (or sooner) and ending December 18

While these are our preferred timelines, we are still flexible with potential start and end dates based on candidate availability.
Requirements for a successful candidate include:
  • You must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior.
  • Experience using Canva (required)
  • Intermediate understanding of presentation design and layout
  • Ability to work from a template and also improve upon it
  • Portfolio or sample work (presentations or graphics)
  • Ability to commit to at least 15 hours a week during office hours, 8-5 in your time zone
  • Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions
  • Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail

If selected, Brilliant will reimburse you $250 each month for using your personal cell phone, computer, and home internet.***
