- Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
- ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
- Ongoing maintenance of certification is mandatory throughout your career.
