Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and career-driven entry level candidates or students for a paid internship / entry-level role in Business Development and Account Management. This role provides hands-on experience in IT staffing, client engagement, and talent delivery operations.

You will work closely with senior account managers, recruiters, and sales leaders to support client acquisition, relationship management, and staffing operations.


Key Responsibilities:Business Development Support
  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients in target industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Government, etc.)
  • Support outbound outreach efforts including email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling
  • Help generate leads and schedule meetings for senior sales/account managers
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client and prospect information
Account Management
  • Support ongoing client relationships by coordinating communication between clients and internal teams
  • Assist in gathering client requirements for IT staffing needs
  • Track client feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Staffing & Recruiting Coordination
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Help screen resumes and coordinate candidate submissions
  • Track candidate pipeline and interview schedules
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients
Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Analyze performance metrics related to sales, placements, and client engagement

Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in IT staffing, sales, or consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of business development or recruiting processes (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
