As Distribution and Transportation Coordinator, you are responsible for managing stock transfers between our warehouses in France and Ontime/Infull in the US, including entering orders upon arrival at the regional warehouse in the US and tracking shipments from suppliers to the global warehouse and Regional Distribution Center (RDC) in the US.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Distribution Planning and Optimization:
  • Validating orders from our customers in SAP: Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Kohls
  • Ensuring proper transmission to our 3PL provider
  • Checking milestones: start of preparation, end of preparation, routing, customer pickup date
  • Analyzing discrepancies between quantities delivered to the 3PL provider and quantities

  • Monitoring weekly volumes versus forecast
  • Ensuring that customer priorities are followed and executed by the 3PL provider

Customer Service Management:
  • Ensure communication with the customer: fill rate, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates, and upcoming tensions
  • Lead weekly meetings with customers

Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance
  • Build and prepare regular reports and communicate them to the team based in France to ensure
  • Proper execution

  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP and Power BI
