The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field. This role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of heavy civil construction, including earthwork, underground utilities, site development, and infrastructure projects.

  • Maintain organized project files and communication logs.
  • Ensure field personnel always have access to current project information.

Field Support

  • Partner closely with Superintendents and field crews to support efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to stay connected with project progress and field operations.
  • Assist with layout coordination, quantity tracking, inspections, and problem-solving.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between field teams and office staff.

  • Track procurement activities, material deliveries, and lead times.
  • Ensure subcontractors remain aligned with project plans, schedules, and requirements.

Quality & Compliance

  • Assist with quality control processes and inspection coordination.
  • Support project compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Help maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of construction, engineering, or related industry experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, or the aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
