  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with preparation of executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic communications.

Basic Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in category management, merchandising, marketing, business analytics, sales operations, project coordination, procurement, or a related business function; internship experience may be considered.
  • Experience creating presentations and business communications using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing data and generating business insights using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Healthcare, medical products, diagnostics, laboratory, or distribution industry experience.
  • Experience working with business intelligence, reporting, or analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting product launches, supplier onboarding, or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong visual storytelling and executive presentation development skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
