Overview
The Leadership Management Internship at a Kohl's eCommerce Fulfillment Center (EFC) or Retail Distribution Center (RDC) provides a challenging ten week experience during which you will obtain hands-on experience in the many facets of distribution operations. From Distribution to Operations to Developing a Team, as a Leadership Management Intern you will be exposed to the behind the scenes of managing a high volume online fulfillment center. Learn how a Kohls.com order goes from the click of a button to our Customer's front door or to one of our brick and mortar stores.
The internship takes place inside one of our six EFC's and two of our RDC's across the country where you will not only learn about the distribution process and building operations, but you will also learn about our most powerful asset: Our People. You will interact with, learn about, and engage with many different types of personalities. Learn how to have courageous conversations, navigate peer to peer relationships, and how to lead and inspire teams (what we do best at Kohl's)!

What is a Retail Distribution Center (RDC)?
Consider the distribution center as a bridge between the supplier and the ultimate customers, the stores. Our Kohl's RDC's focus on the retail store customer, receiving items from the supplier and sending them on to the stores nationwide. RDC's are staffed with amazing people and have state-of-the-art technology to help you do your job efficiently.

This internship can lead to a full-time offer with us as an Operations Supervisor upon graduation. Did you know we strive to offer 60%or more of our Interns a full-time position? Location and Start Date
We have six EFCs with intern openings: Etna (OH), Plainfield (IN), Edgewood (MD), Monroe(OH), Desoto (TX), and San Bernardino (CA). Our RDCs in San Bernardino (CA) and Findlay (OH) will have intern openings with the internship beginning in June '2023.
