We’re excited to welcome the next generation of Estimators to our team! Under the guidance of our Estimating Department Manager, you’ll have the chance to help produce bids and gain valuable experience. This in-person opportunity is open to all college students.
THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Estimating Department Manager in producing bids and estimates.
  • Learn and utilize take-off software to support estimators with bid preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in bidding processes.
  • Gain hands-on experience with HVAC systems and the estimation process.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing project plans and specifications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting innovative ideas for process enhancement.
  • Handle tasks related to time management, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
