Job Overview
  • Responsible for configuration and build of pharmacy-related clinical applications, including discovery, build, testing, go-live, and support
  • Coordinate and perform system upgrades and updates
  • Work closely with end users to troubleshoot application-related issues and implement solutions
  • Optimize workflows related to medication management and pharmacy operations
  • Solve complex problems with attention to detail
  • Manage medium to complex projects effectively

What You Will Need
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BSPharm) degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, pharmacy informatics, or clinical pharmacy with application support preferred
  • Knowledge of clinical application configuration, support, and implementation
  • Experience with pharmacy workflows in a clinical application setting
  • Epic Willow or other relevant pharmacy informatics certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
  • Ability to use a variety of software, remote meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office
