Job Title: Material Handler / Forklift – D Shift (7 PM – 7 AM)
Location: 1575 Airport Road, Sumter, SC 29153
Shift: 3-2-2-3 Schedule, D Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Drug Test: Required
Vision Test: 20/30 vision and color vision test required

Job Description:
We are hiring a Material Handler for a night shift position in a manufacturing facility. This role supports production by moving, tracking, and organizing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials

  • Perform daily forklift safety checks

  • Use SAP and Apriso to track materials and inventory

  • Supply production lines with necessary materials

  • Remove empty containers and operate trash compactor

  • Confirm finished goods and move to storage areas

  • Prepare pallets with corner posts and strapping

  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory

  • Print bar code labels and fill out lot sheets

  • Handle and verify BI bags (biological indicators)

  • Log hold or scrap products with proper details

  • Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines

  • Assist and relieve other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Must pass drug test and eye/color vision exam

  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout shift
