  • Organizes and presents daily lesson plans that reflect instructional best practices as outlined in school improvement plans or professional development initiatives
  • Utilizes the district approved scope and sequence when lesson planning and analyzing data
  • Attends assigned professional development and implements new practices successfully
  • Develops lesson plans and instructional materials that provide developmentally age appropriate experiences and promote student engagement
  • Provides individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student
  • Meets the "effective", "highly effective" rating as it relates to the SCS Teacher Evaluation
  • Assists in the development and evaluation of curriculum maps
  • Participates in the textbook adoption process
