The On-Premise/Off-Premise Market Development Representative is based in the field and owns a territory to directly shape how our iconic brands show up on shelves and in shoppers’ carts. In this high-impact role, you are in control: you’ll partner with grocery, convenience, and liquor retailers to grow distribution, increase visibility, and drive real results by building relationships, executing smart sales strategies, and making data-driven decisions that move the business forward. This is a hands-on opportunity with clear paths into account management, key accounts, and sales leadership. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive territory sales growth by increasing distribution, shelf presence, and promotional execution across assigned accounts 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and act as a trusted advisor on category insights and product assortment 
  • Partner with distributors to execute in-store selling strategies, merchandising plans, and promotions 
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust account plans to deliver results 
  • Own performance against key metrics including volume, distribution, and display execution 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1+ years of field sales experience OR if recent graduate, relevant sales or marketing internship or similar sales experience  
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory 

Preferred: 

  • Previous alcohol-beverage or CPG sales experience 
  • Experience using sales data analytics or reporting tools  
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or KPIs 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
