Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for Commercial and Land Dispute Litigation in Woodbridge, Virginia!
 
An established commercial real estate law firm based in Woodbridge, Virginia with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Commcercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team hybrid in Woodbridge, VA! 
 
This role will focus on complex real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, and business disputes, with additional opportunities involving real estate transactions and land use-related matters.
 
Offer:
  • Salary range: $130,000-$180,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Northern Virginia courts is preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage complex litigation matters with attention to detail and sound judgment
