Hope Center Ministries is a growing nonprofit discipleship recovery program with multiple centers across the U.S. Hope Center Ministries exists to lead addicts and their families to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
We do this by helping those individuals bound by drug addiction and/or alcoholism find lasting freedom and sobriety through a relationship with Jesus Christ, which translates into seeing the lost saved, the saved freed, the freed restored, and the restored fulfilled.

Position Summary


This position in located in Greenville, PA


The Campus Director provides the following to their local campus: spiritual leadership, operational excellence, community development, fund raising, establishing healthy vocational training options, and the overall vision of the ministry on a local level and organizing its resources to fulfill the overall vision of Hope Center Ministries.As a minister of the gospel, The Campus Director is responsible for facilitating marriages, communion, baptisms and funerals as those opportunities present themselves, serving the spiritual needs of individuals and communities through these important moments of life and faith.

  • Collaborate with Regional Director on plans for evolution for their local center.

  • A leader who provides staff with direction and tools for their job

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Ridiculously in charge of ensuring that the campus you are leading is healthy and growing
  • Lead and develop your staff so they, in turn, can lead volunteers and community leaders
  • Participate in fulfilling the overall vision of Hope Center Ministries
  • Will create a leadership process that develops key leaders, next level leaders and emerging leaders
  • Will train interns & apprentices through mentoring and coaching
  • Devise ways in which resident ownership can be expanded
  • Campus Directors are required to meet monthly to be developed as a leader
  • Evaluate and eliminate the potential risks to residents.


Staff Development

  • Direct and supervise campus staff
  • Hold weekly staff meeting-Leadership development
  • Collaborate with CFO, Regional Director to address budget, fundraising and donations
  • Perform related duties assigned by Regional Director
  • Maintain compliance with all Hope Center Ministries policies and procedures


Vocational Training Assignments

  • Ensure the Vocational Training budgets are being met and continually increasing
  • Strive to find additional, healthy contracts on a continual basis
  • Ensure proper training is being provided by partners
  • Develop new relationships with Vocational Training partners


Fund Raising

  • Lead all campus fund raising events
  • Strive to improve fundraisers
  • Collaborate with Directional Team and CFO to obtain or exceed fundraising goals


Professional Development/Personal Growth

  • Attend courses/workshops/conferences as appropriate.
  • Performance Indicators will be reviewed regarding goals met
  • Set realistic goals by casting a vision, implementing strategies, and acquiring funding
  • Performance Review performed annually to evaluate devoted time for spiritual development
  • Devotes time to spiritual, mental, physical development and well-being through personal disciplines.


Community Development

  • Develop new and innovative recruitment techniques
  • Word of Mouth
  • Church Speaking Engagements
  • Recovery Community Events
  • Distribution of Literature
  • Be a model of interaction with the community and local churches

Knowledge/Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of the Bible.
  • Working knowledge of Celebrate Recovery 12 steps and 8 Principles (Beatitudes).
  • Basic knowledge of human behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of A & D services and career advising and guidance.
  • General knowledge of teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
  • Convey information effectively.
  • Time Management.
  • Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances.


Additional Requirements

  • Have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and must live a life according to Biblical standards.
  • Agree with the Statement of Faith, Lifestyle Statement, and overall vision of Hope Center Ministries.
  • Successfully pass drug and alcohol tests, background screening and social media, personal and professional reference checks.
  • Meet any additional requirements as may be determined by Hope Center Ministries.
